This Public Offer is a binding agreement between SMSACTIVE and anyone who registers for or uses our virtual phone numbers (the "Services"). By creating an account, adding funds, or using the Services in any way, you accept these terms in full. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Services.
Using SMSACTIVE — whether by registering an account, signing in with Google, topping up your balance, or renting a number — means you've read, understood, and agreed to this Public Offer, along with our Privacy Policy. Together they govern your use of the Services.
SMSACTIVE provides rentable virtual phone numbers for the purpose of receiving one-time SMS verification codes from third-party services (such as messaging apps, social platforms, and online accounts). Numbers are sourced from licensed carriers and issued strictly for this purpose.
We also operate programs that let account holders earn income by connecting their own numbers to the platform, or by referring other users and partners — see Section 8.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You can create an account by signing in with Google or with an email and password. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Numbers are purchased using your account balance, which you top up in advance. Prices are shown before you confirm a rental, and funds are deducted from your balance at the time of purchase. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
Each number is rented for the period shown at checkout, which is enough for one complete verification; longer rentals are available if you expect to receive codes again later. Once a rental period ends, the number is released back into the pool and may be reassigned to another user — so a number you've used shouldn't be relied on to still be yours afterward.
If no valid verification code is received on a rented number within its rental period, the amount is refunded automatically to your account balance — no support ticket required. Refunds are issued in account balance, not as a reversal to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited use, with or without notice.
The SMSACTIVE name, logo, website, and platform are the property of SMSACTIVE and its licensors. Nothing in this agreement grants you any right to use our branding except as necessary to use the Services as intended.
The Services are provided "as is." While we work to keep numbers reliable, we don't guarantee that every verification code will arrive within a given time — this is why the refund policy in Section 7 exists. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMSACTIVE isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, beyond the amount you've paid for the specific rental in question.
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any account that violates this agreement, engages in prohibited use, or poses a risk to the platform or other users.
We may update this Public Offer from time to time to reflect changes to our Services or for legal and operational reasons. We'll post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date; continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
